How do I order a custom rug or logo mat?
If you would like to change the colours on one of our signature rug designs you can go to the product page for the rug design you prefer and select customise. This link will take you to an order form where you can select your desired colours or if it is a logo mat also, select the size and colours and upload the design image. What is the warranty policy?
All our beautiful classroom rugs have a 3 year warranty.
Our warranty contained in 'Goods & Services' above is subject to the following conditions: (i) the goods must be stored in appropriate conditions; if you do not store them in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result; (ii) any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the goods must be notified to us by you within seven days of the delivery date, stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the invoice no.; failure to so notify us will deem you to have accepted the goods. In some cases Bloom Classroom may require you to return the defective goods to Bloom Classroom at its cost. Where you make a valid claim in respect of any shortages or defects and we are liable for the claim, we can at our option make up the shortages or replace the goods free of charge, or refund the price of the goods in question to you. In addition for defective goods we will refund you reasonable costs incurred for postage of the goods, but we shall have no further liability to you. If you do not notify Bloom Classroom accordingly, Bloom Classroom shall have no liability for any defects and you shall be bound to pay for the goods. (iii) Warranty does not cover colour fading due to sunlight.
How long does it take to produce my mat?
Your order will take 7-10 days to create from the time you place your order and then you will have the delivery time. If you have ordered a custom rug it will be 2-3 weeks to dispatch from when you approve the artwork.
How many colours are there to choose from?

Is there an extra charge for artwork and set ups?
There is no additional charge for the artwork required for a custom designed rug or logo mat. We will work with you on the artwork until you are happy with the final result.
Are all your mats customisable?
Yes you can change the colours on any of our mats to suit your theme or colour scheme. You can also design your own rug and send us the image to create something unique.
What is the cost of shipping?
We want to be completely transparent with our freight policy and therefor do not offer "free freight" when it is really hidden in the cost of the goods. We will always be very upfront and clear with our freight charges. We endeavour to keep our freight as low as possible and absorb as much of the cost as we can. Please refer to the freight table for freight costs.
Why has my order come in separate deliveries?
To ensure that we are able to offer the highest quality products available we have sourced suppliers who are experts in their field. This has meant that we have needed go to different manufacturers for specific items. To help reduce our carbon footprint we have our manufacturers deliver the goods direct to which also reduces the time you have to wait for your order. If you place an order which has items from different suppliers they will be sent separately, however you will be given tracking for each delivery and will only be charged one freight fee.
What are your mats made from?
You will not find a better quality classroom rug available in Australia, one that is made specifically for use in the school environment. We are proud to say our mats are made from 100% recycled yarn and have a 34% nitrile rubber recycled base. The base of our mats are also made with phthalate free rubber. Our rugs are specifically tufted & engineered for printing onto. The backing is 34% recycled Nitrile Rubber and is classified as a food grade rubber as it does not contain any impurities. It is resistant to oil, grease, bleach and most chemicals with the highest non slip rating and guaranteed to always lay flat and never curl up. The rubber backing is UV resistant and the only rubber that can be commercially machine washed.

Why are your mats different to other companies?
Firstly we have the largest selection of classroom rugs designed just for Australian classrooms. Also all our rugs are customisable – change the colour on any of our designs. You can also create your own rug and send us the artwork and we will bring your vision to life. Unlike other classroom rugs being sold in Australia ours are actually made for use in the classroom. Our mats are part of a global initiative which has collectively reduced the amount of discarded fishing nets floating in the ocean or on the ocean floor by 640 000 tonnes, saving millions of marine animals. The yarn used in our classroom rugs and logo mats is made from reclaimed fishing nets which are dumped into the ocean and cloth waste that would otherwise be destined for landfill. These fibres are recycled back to their original purity without losing any quality. To make it even better the base of our mats are 34% recycled nitrile rubber, 20% of this is from recycled car tyres and the remainder is from post consumer plastic bottles.
How do I cancel my order?

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Bloom Classroom wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase then please contact our customer service team within 7 days of your order arriving. To receive a full refund the purchased item must still be in a saleable condition with packaging. For a change of mind we are happy to offer a full refund within 7 days of your order arriving however this does not cover the cost of returning the item and the product must still be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact. Custom prints which are made to order are not refundable.
